Lakeside Shopping Center Companion Loans. With respect to the Lakeside Shopping Center Loan Combination, the related promissory notes made by the related Mortgagor, secured by the Lakeside Shopping Center Mortgage and designated as promissory notes X-0, X-0 and A-3-2, respectively, which are not included in the Trust and are pari passu in right of payment with the Lakeside Shopping Center Mortgage Loan to the extent set forth in the related Loan Documents and as provided in the Lakeside Shopping Center Co-Lender Agreement, as any such promissory note may be amended, restated, replaced, extended, renewed, supplemented, consolidated, severed, split or otherwise modified from time to time. If any promissory note evidencing a Lakeside Shopping Center Companion Loan is split and replaced with 2 or more replacement promissory notes, each such replacement promissory note will evidence a separate Lakeside Shopping Center Companion Loan.

  • Park Sienna Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans identified as such on the Mortgage Loan Schedule for which Park Sienna is the applicable Seller.

With respect to each Servicing Shift Mortgage Loan and the related Servicing Shift Loan Combination, each related Pari Passu Companion Loan will cease to be a Serviced Pari Passu Companion Loan on and after the related Servicing Shift Date.

  • Shopping Centre means a grouping of commercial retail outlets which have been designed, developed and managed as a unit by a single owner or group of owners or tenants located on the same lot or lots with a frontage not less than 45 metres and having common on-site parking;

  • Shopping mall means an enclosed public walkway or hall area that serves to connect retail or professional establishments.

  • REO Companion Loan Any Serviced Companion Loan if the related Mortgaged Property has become an REO Property.

  • Serviced Companion Loan Securities Any commercial mortgage-backed securities that evidence an interest in or are secured by the assets of an Other Securitization Trust, which assets include a Serviced Companion Loan (or a portion thereof or interest therein).

  • Whole Loan As defined in the Introductory Statement.

  • Senior citizen center means a facility having the primary purpose of providing services to the aged as defined in Section 62A-3-101.

  • Youth center means any public or private facility that is primarily used to host recreational or social activities for minors, including, but not limited to, private youth membership organizations or clubs, social service teenage club facilities, video arcades, or similar amusement park facilities.

  • Residential means any school trip which includes an overnight stay.

  • Pari Passu Companion Loan A Companion Loan that, pursuant to the related Loan Documents and/or the related Co-Lender Agreement, is pari passu in right of payment to the related Split Mortgage Loan. The only Pari Passu Companion Loans related to the Trust as of the Closing Date are evidenced by the Notes identified in the Loan Combination Table under the column heading “Pari Passu Companion Loan(s),” each of which Notes evidences a separate Pari Passu Companion Loan.

  • GreenPoint Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans for which GreenPoint is listed as "Servicer" on the Mortgage Loan Schedule.

  • Group 1 Mortgage Loans Those Mortgage Loans identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as Group 1 Mortgage Loans.

  • Neighborhood electric vehicle means a self-propelled

  • Historic building means a building, including its structural components, that is located in this state and that is either individually listed on the national register of historic places under 16 U.S.C. 470a, located in a registered historic district, and certified by the state historic preservation officer as being of historic significance to the district, or is individually listed as an historic landmark designated by a local government certified under 16 U.S.C. 470a(c).
