Land contract mortgagee definition

Land contract mortgagee means the holder of a land contract mortgage granted by a vendor or vendee, or his or her heirs, successors, or assigns.

  • Lessor means a person who transfers the right to possession and use of goods under a lease. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the term includes a sublessor.
