Land division map definition

Land division map means an official map of a land divi- sion, including all certificates required as a condition of recording the map.

Land division map means a neat and orderly depiction of the land division, containing the information described in Section 16.04.090. A land division map includes, without limitation, a short plat, preliminary plat, final plat, general binding site plan, specific binding site plan, as well as the applications therefor.

  • Land disturbance or "land-disturbing activity" means a man-made change to the land surface that potentially changes its runoff characteristics including clearing, grading, or excavation except that the term shall not include those exemptions specified in Section 1-3 (b) of this Ordinance.
