Transit Passenger means a passenger who arrives at the airport in an aircraft and departs from the airport in the same aircraft, where such an aircraft is operating a through flight transiting the airport, and includes a passenger in transit through the airport who has to depart in a substituted aircraft because the aircraft on which the passenger arrived has been declared unserviceable.
Itinerary/Receipt means a travel document or documents the carrier or its agent issues to the passenger travelling on a ticket. The itinerary/receipt contains the passenger’s name, flight information and notices relevant for the journey. This document is to be retained by the passenger during the entire journey.
Landing area means that part of a movement area intended for the landing or take-off of aircraft;
iron ore pellets means iron ore in pellet or other form produced by Pelletisation or more advanced reduction or other more advance treatment process from iron bearing material mined from the mining areas.
Tourism destination project means a qualified non-gaming
Barge means a vessel that is not self-propelled.
Destination means any place where the Insured expects to travel to on his/her Trip other than Return Destination as shown on the travel documents.
Unmanned aircraft means an aircraft that is not:
Host At Destination means the person with whom the Insured is sharing prearranged overnight accommodations in the host's home.
Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.
Direction-indicator lamp means the lamp used to indicate to other road-users that the driver intends to change direction to the right or to the left;
Terminal means a device authorized by a Party Lottery to function in an on-line, interactive mode with the lottery's computer gaming system for the purpose of issuing lottery tickets and entering, receiving, and processing lottery transactions, including purchases, validating tickets, and transmitting reports.
Boat means any device capable of being used as a means of transportation on water.
Sailboat means the same as that term is defined in Section 73-18-2.
Drop shipment means the sale of a prescription drug to a
iron ore concentrates means products (whether in pellet or other form) resulting from secondary processing but does not include metallised agglomerates;
Destination Point means the delivery point(s) on Carrier’s System where Product is delivered to Shipper, as such points are specified in Section III of this tariff.
passengers means the driver and up to the number of passengers allowed as shown in the Vehicle Registration Document travelling in the vehicle;
Landing means the level portion of a stairs located between flights of stairs or located at the top and foot of a stairs.
Sailing vessel means any vessel under sail provided that propelling machinery, if fitted, is not being used.
True vapor pressure means the equilibrium partial pressure exerted by a petroleum liquid as determined in accordance with methods described in American Petroleum Institute (API) Bulletin 2517, Evaporation Loss from External Floating Roof Tanks, 1980. The API procedure may not be applicable to some high viscosity or high pour crudes. Available estimates of true vapor pressure may be used in special cases such as these.
Double Phase Aerosol Air Freshener means an aerosol air freshener with the liquid contents in two or more distinct phases that requires the product container be shaken before use to mix the phases, producing an emulsion.
Receipt Point(s means the receipt points set forth in Section 6 of this Toll Schedule.
Delivery Site means 250 West 70th Avenue, Vancouver, B.C., V5X 2X1, unless otherwise stated in this ITT;
LNG means liquefied natural gas.
