Landlord Mortgage Documents. With respect to each Landlord Mortgage and Landlord Mortgagee, the applicable Landlord Mortgage, loan agreement, debt agreement, credit facility agreement, indenture, lease, note, collateral assignment instruments, guarantees, environmental and indemnity agreements and other documents or instruments evidencing, securing or otherwise relating to the loan made, credit extended, or lease or other financing vehicle entered into pursuant thereto, as amended and supplemented from time to time in accordance with Article XIV.

  • Tenant agrees that no amendment, modification, waiver, termination, tender, surrender or cancellation of this Master Lease shall be effective as against any Landlord Mortgagee or Successor Landlord unless the same shall have been consented to by Landlord Mortgagee or Successor Landlord in writing, unless otherwise provided in the Landlord Mortgage Documents.

  • In any instance hereunder in which Landlord must be reasonable in making a request or granting or withholding an approval or consent, Tenant acknowledges and agrees that Landlord may take into account the reasonable objections of Landlord Mortgagee, to the extent Landlord is required to do so under the Landlord Mortgage Documents.

  • Unless otherwise expressly provided in the Landlord Mortgage Documents, any consent or approval of Landlord Mortgagee required under this Master Lease may be granted or withheld in Landlord Mortgagee’s sole discretion.

  • Xxxxxx agrees that, to the extent permitted by Landlord under the Landlord Mortgage Documents, Landlord Mortgagee may exercise the self‑help remedies of Landlord hereunder.

  • Mortgagee The mortgagee or beneficiary named in the Mortgage and the successors and assigns of such mortgagee or beneficiary.

  • Ground Lease means a lease creating a leasehold estate in real property where the fee owner as the ground lessor conveys for a term or terms of years its entire interest in the land and buildings and other improvements, if any, comprising the premises demised under such lease to the ground lessee (who may, in certain circumstances, own the building and improvements on the land), subject to the reversionary interest of the ground lessor as fee owner.   • Master Lease means any master lease now or hereafter entered into, in which the Healthcare Facility is aggregated with other HUD-insured healthcare facilities and leased to a Master Tenant and any amendments or joinders thereto.
