Landside Restricted Zone definition

Landside Restricted Zone means an area of land or a structure within the boundaries of the Port which is established as a 'land-side restricted zone' (being a type of 'port security zone' as defined by section 10 of the MTOFSA) under the MTOFSA and MTOFSR. Laying-up means the process of a Vessel being ʹlaid upʹ or temporarily not in service.
