Examples of Private Restrictions in a sentence
Tenant shall abide by and promptly observe and comply with all Laws and Private Restrictions.
Tenant shall not use the Premises in any manner which violates any Laws or Private Restrictions which affect the Premises.
Tenant shall store its waste either inside the Premises or within outside trash enclosures that are fully fenced and screened in compliance with all Private Restrictions, and designed for such purpose.
The judgment of any court of competent jurisdiction, or the admission of Tenant in any action or proceeding against Tenant, whether Landlord be a party thereto or not, that Tenant has violated any such Laws or Private Restrictions, shall be conclusive of that fact as between Landlord and Tenant.
The term "Private Restrictions" shall mean (as they may exist from time to time) any and all covenants, conditions and restrictions, private agreements, easements, and any other recorded documents or instruments affecting the use of the Property, the Building, the Leased Premises, or the Outside Areas.
