Large End User definition

Large End User means an End User Participant which is considered for this purpose to be (a) a single end user with a peak monthly demand (non-coincident) for load in New England, including load served by Governance Only End User Behind-the-Meter Generation, of at least one (1) megawatt, or (b) a group of two or more corporate entities each with a peak monthly demand (non-coincident) for load in New England, including load served by Governance Only End User Behind-the-Meter Generation, of at least 0.35 megawatts that together totals at least one (1) megawatt.
