Large family day care definition

Large family day care means a day care facility in a single residence where an occupant of the residence provides family day care for nine to 14 clients, inclusive, including adult clients, and children under the age of 10 years who reside in the home.

  • Family day care home means a unit registered under Title 5, Subtitle 5 of the Family Law Article.
