Later Participating Subdivision. A Participating Subdivision that is not an Initial Participating Subdivision, but meets the requirements set forth in Section VII.E.
Later Participating Subdivision means a Participating Subdivision that meets the requirements of subsection IX.E but is not an Initial Participating Subdivision.
