Latest Consolidated Balance Sheet means, at any date, the then latest consolidated balance sheet of the Company and its Subsidiaries prepared for the purposes of the Companies Xxx 0000 which has been audited and has been reported on by the Auditors as the main accounts of the Group, whether prepared in accordance with the historical cost convention or current cost convention or otherwise.
Latest Consolidated Balance Sheet means, at any date, the then latest consolidated balance sheet forming part of the group accounts of the Company which has been audited and has been reported on by the Auditors.
