Latest Consolidated Balance Sheet definition

Latest Consolidated Balance Sheet means, at any date, the then latest consolidated balance sheet of the Company and its Subsidiaries prepared for the purposes of the Companies Xxx 0000 which has been audited and has been reported on by the Auditors as the main accounts of the Group, whether prepared in accordance with the historical cost convention or current cost convention or otherwise.
Latest Consolidated Balance Sheet means, at any date, the then latest consolidated balance sheet forming part of the group accounts of the Company which has been audited and has been reported on by the Auditors.
Latest Consolidated Balance Sheet means the latest published annual consolidated balance sheet of the Issuer which has been audited and reported on by the Issuer’s independent auditors (the “Auditors”) in the full financial statements of the BAE Systems Group.
