Current Cost definition

Current Cost means "Utility Cost" based on rates in effect on the selected date. The term "Original Cost" shall mean Utility Cost based on rates in effect on March 31, 1994. The term "Utility Cost" shall mean the cost to Landlord of the utilities necessary for furnishing chilled media to the Premises, including all charges made to Landlord by the public utilities furnishing the same and based on the original consumption and demands estimated for the Central HVAC System and building.
Current Cost of trunk infrastructure means for the purpose of determining the infrastructure unit rates:
Current Cost shall have the meaning assigned in the Tax Indemnification Agreement.
