Locational Price Adder means an addition to the marginal value of Unforced Capacity within an LDA as necessary to reflect the price of Capacity Resources required to relieve applicable binding locational constraints.
Unit Price Arrangement means that part of the Contract that prescribes the product of a price per unit of measurement multiplied by a number of units of measurement for performance of the Work to which it relates;
Secondary Seller means the Seller whose Bid City selected as a back-up supplier in the event the Primary Seller is unable to provide all the Goods and/or Services required.
Product Price has the meaning set forth in Section 1.04.
Price Schedule means the schedules or any part or individual schedule thereof, submitted by the Bidder with his Bid and forming a part of the Contract;
Minimum Price shall have the meaning specified in Section 7.1(d).
Approved Vendor means a person who has been approved for inclusion on an approved vendor list through the approved vendor list process.
Biodiesel blend means a fuel comprised of a blend of biodiesel fuel with petroleum-based diesel fuel, suitable for use as a fuel in a compression-ignition internal combustion diesel engine.
Fixed price contract means a contract that provides a price, for each
Firm price means the price that is only subject to adjustments in accordance with the actual increase or decrease resulting from the change, imposition, or abolition of customs or excise duty and any other duty, levy, or tax, which, in terms of the law or regulation, is binding on the contractor and demonstrably has an influence on the price of any supplies, or the rendering costs of any service, for the execution of the contract;
non-firm prices means all prices other than “firm” prices;
Secondary school means a nonprofit institutional day or residential school including a public secondary charter school that provides secondary education for grades 9-12.
Contract Price means the price payable to the supplier under the contract for the full and proper performance of his contractual obligations.
Model 1 seller means a seller registered under the agreement that has selected a certified service provider as the seller's agent to perform all of the seller's sales and use tax functions for agreement sales and use taxes other than the seller's obligation under Section 59-12-124 to remit a tax on the seller's own purchases.
Contract Sales Price means the total consideration received by the Company for the sale of an Investment.
Extended Summer Resource Price Adder means, for Delivery Years through May 31, 2018, an addition to the marginal value of Unforced Capacity as necessary to reflect the price of Annual Resources and Extended Summer Demand Resources required to meet the applicable Minimum Extended Summer Resource Requirement.
Annual Resource Price Adder means, for Delivery Years starting June 1, 2014 and ending May 31, 2017, an addition to the marginal value of Unforced Capacity and the Extended Summer Resource Price Adder as necessary to reflect the price of Annual Resources required to meet the applicable Minimum Annual Resource Requirement.
Total Contract Price/Project Cost/TCO means the price payable to Service Provider over the entire period of Contract for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.
Secondary line means any single or multiphase electric power line operating at nominal voltage less than either 2,000 volts between ungrounded conductors or 1,155 volts between grounded and ungrounded conductors, regardless of the functional service provided by the line.
Contract Price(s) means the price(s) tendered by the contractor and accepted by the Council for the execution of the contract.
licensed water supplier means a company which is the holder for the time being of a water supply licence under Section 17A(1) of the 1991 Act(f);
Maximum Price means an amount (excluding related brokerage, commission, applicable goods and services tax, stamp duties, clearance fees and other related expenses) which may be paid for an ordinary share purchased or acquired by us pursuant to the mandate contained in paragraph (a) above, not exceeding, in the case of a market purchase of an ordinary share, the highest independent bid or the last independent transaction price, whichever is higher, of our ordinary shares quoted or reported on the NASDAQ Global Select Market or the securities exchange operated by JSE Limited (the “JSE”), as the case may be, or shall not exceed any volume weighted average price, or other price determined under any pricing mechanism, in compliance with the requirements under Rule 10b-18 under the Exchange Act, at the time the purchase is effected; and
ex-works price means the price paid for the product ex works to the manufacturer in the EU or in a SADC EPA State in whose undertaking the last working or processing is carried out, provided the price includes the value of all the materials used, minus any internal taxes paid which are, or may be, repaid when the product obtained is exported;
Approved Vendor List means a list of approved vendors established under Section 63G-6a-507.
Total Contract Price/Project Cost/TCO means the price payable to Service Provider over the entire period of Contract for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.
Secondary dose monitoring system means a system which will terminate irradiation in the event of failure of the primary dose monitoring system.
