LD Note to PMI definition

LD Note to PMI means the $600,000 promissory note delivered by LD to PMI pursuant to Section 3.4.2(d) hereof.
LD Note to PMI shall have the meaning set forth within the Asset Purchase and Intellectual Property Assignment Agreement.
