LDC Metering Device definition

LDC Metering Device means, with respect to the Facility, the revenue grade LDC meter furnished, installed or monitored and maintained by the LDC for the purpose of measuring the Electricity delivered by the LDC to the Facility and delivered by the Facility to the LDC.
LDC Metering Device means one or more meters furnished and installed by the LDC for the purpose of measuring the Electricity delivered by the LDC to the Host Customer and delivered by the Host Customer to the LDC.
LDC Metering Device means one or more meters furnished and installed by the LDC for the purpose of measuring the Electricity delivered by the LDC to the customer and delivered by the customer to the LDC.

  • In the event of a discrepancy between the data generated by the LDC Metering Device and the quantity of Net Metering Credits reflected on the Host Customer Account Statements, Seller shall, upon its own initiative or upon request of Buyer and at Seller's cost and expense, exercise diligent and commercially reasonable efforts to investigate and remedy the discrepancy in consultation with the LDC.

  • Seller shall be responsible for all costs, fees, charges and obligations of every kind and nature required to connect the Project to the LDC System, including but not limited to fees associated with system upgrades and operation and maintenance carrying charges, the cost to install the LDC Metering Device, and the cost to insure the Project ("Interconnection Obligations").

  • Buyer shall exercise reasonable efforts to provide Seller with direct electronic access to all Host Customer Account Statements and account information with respect to the Host Customer Account, including, at Seller's request, such cooperation with Seller as may be necessary to arrange with the LDC to enable Seller, through installation of a Seller-owned meter reader or other means, to have direct electronic access to the LDC Metering Device data.

  • Developer shall assist Buyer in any discussions or negotiations with the LDC to reconcile the Net Metering Credits calculated by the LDC based on the LDC Metering Device to the actual kilowatt hours measured by the Developer Metering Device.

  • The location at the Property where Electricity is to be delivered from a Facility and received under this Agreement shall be the LDC Metering Device on the Property behind which the respective Facility is located.
