Lead Officer definition

Lead Officer means any of the following: ILEX Chief Executive, IPS Chief Executive or Head of Corporate Affairs; who oversees the creation, variation, development and management of the Agreement;
Lead Officer means the individual nominated by the Authority as the principal point of contact with the Sponsor for all matters relating to this Contract (and whose details are recorded at Annex A).
Lead Officer means the Chief Executive of the Council of the City of Manchester or such other officer of the Lead Authority nominated by him
