Lead Sponsor means the individual nominated by the Sponsor as having overall responsibility for authorising the Sponsor’s involvement in the Scheme (and whose details are recorded at Annex A) and who will act as the single point of contact for authorising Personnel access to the Sponsor’s designated file share area within MOVEit.
