Lead Servicer definition

Lead Servicer means the master servicer designated under the Note A-1 PSA.
Lead Servicer means (a) during the period from and after the Note A-2 Securitization Date and prior to the Note A-1 Securitization Date, the servicer designated under the Note A-2 PSA and (b) from and after the Note A-1 Securitization Date, the servicer designated under the Note A-1 PSA.
Lead Servicer means the servicer and/or special servicer designated under the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

Examples of Lead Servicer in a sentence

  • The Lead Servicer and/or the related Trustee will not be required to make any P&I Advance with respect to any Non-Lead Note and the related Non-Lead Master Servicer and/or the related Trustee will not be required to make any P&I Advance with respect to any Lead Note, any other Non-Lead Note or any Property Advance.

  • The Lead Servicer and/or the related Trustee will not be required to make any P&I Advance with respect to any Non-Lead Note and the related Non-Lead Master Servicer and/or the related Non-Lead Trustee will not be required to make any P&I Advance with respect to any Lead Note, any other Non-Lead Note or any Property Advance.

  • The Lead Servicer, each Non-Lead Master Servicer and any Trustee will be entitled to interest on any Advance made in the manner and from the sources provided in the applicable PSA.

  • The Lead Servicer and/or the related Trustee will not be required to make any P&I Advance with respect to the Non-Lead Note and the related Non-Lead Master Servicer and/or the related Trustee will not be required to make any P&I Advance with respect to any Lead Note or any Property Advance.

  • The Lead Servicer, each Non-Lead Master Servicer and any Trustee will be entitled to interest on any Advance made in the manner and from the sources provided in the Note A-1 PSA or the Note A-2 PSA, as applicable.


More Definitions of Lead Servicer

Lead Servicer means the master servicer designated under the Lead Securitization PSA.
Lead Servicer means the master servicer designated under the Note A-1 PSA, provided that if the Note A-1 Securitization is not the First Securitization, (a) during the period from and after the First Securitization Date and prior to the Note A-1 Securitization Date, the master servicer designated under the First Securitization PSA and (b) from and after the Note A-1 Securitization Date, the master servicer designated under the Note A-1 PSA.
Lead Servicer means (a) during the period from and after the UBS 2017-C2 Securitization Date and prior to the Note A-4 Securitization Date, the servicer and/or special servicer designated under the UBS 2017-C2 PSA and (b) from and after the Note A-4 Securitization Date, the servicer and/or special servicer designated under the Note A-4 PSA.
Lead Servicer means the master servicer designated under the JPMDB 2017-C7 PSA.
Lead Servicer means (a) during the period from and after the First Non-Lead Note Securitization and prior to the Note A-1 Securitization, the servicer and/or special servicer designated under the Interim Servicing Agreement and (b) from and after the Note A-1 Securitization, the servicer and/or special servicer designated under the Note A-1 TSA.
Lead Servicer means the master servicer designated under the Benchmark 2018-B6 PSA.
