Lease Fiscal Year definition

Lease Fiscal Year means each period of January 1 through December 31 during the Term, except that the first Lease Fiscal Year shall be the period from the Commencement Date through December 31 following the Commencement Date, and the last Lease Fiscal Year shall be the period from January 1 next preceding the Termination date up to and including the Termination Date.

  • Tenant covenants and agrees to pay, as Additional Rent, its share of Common Costs for each Lease Fiscal Year.

  • Landlord shall submit to Tenant annually, within 90 days after the end of each Lease Fiscal Year a statement showing the Common Costs to be paid by Tenant with respect to such year, the amount thereof paid by Tenant during such Lease Fiscal Year, and the amount of the balance due, or overpayment, as the case may be.

  • Tenant shall have the right to examine Landlord's books and records at the offices of Landlord during ordinary business hours, for the purposes of verifying the matters set forth in the statement for the immediately preceding Lease Fiscal Year, which right shall not be unreasonably exercised.

  • Landlord shall notify Tenant from time to time of the amount which Landlord estimates will be the amount of the Common Costs for such Lease Fiscal Year and Tenant shall pay to Landlord Tenant's Pro Rata Share of such amount in equal monthly installments in advance on or before the first day of each month.

  • Fiscal Year means the fiscal year of the Company.

  • Current Fiscal Year means the fiscal year for which a particular calculation is made.

  • Trust Fiscal Year means the period commencing on March 1 of any year and ending on February 28 (or February 29, if applicable) of the following year.

  • State Fiscal Year means the period beginning September 1 and ending August 31 each year, which is the annual accounting period for the State of Texas.

  • Operating Year means the calendar year commencing January 1st of each year (including the calendar year within which the Commencement Date occurs) during the Term.

  • Fiscal Period means any interim accounting period within a Taxable Year established by the Manager and which is permitted or required by Section 706 of the Code.

  • Consolidated Rental Expense means, for any period, on a consolidated basis for the Company and its Subsidiaries, the aggregate amount of fixed and contingent rentals payable in cash by the Company and its Subsidiaries with respect to leases of real and personal property (excluding capital lease obligations) determined in accordance with GAAP for such period (subject to Section 1.04(b)).

  • Twelve-Month Period means a twelve-month period ending on the first anniversary of the Effective Date or on each subsequent anniversary thereof.

  • Fiscal When followed by "month", "quarter" or "year", the relevant fiscal period based on the Borrowers' fiscal year and accounting conventions.

  • Annual Accounting Period or “Financial Year” means the period commence on 1st July and shall end on 30th June of the succeeding calendar year.

  • Lease Year means each consecutive twelve-month period beginning with the Commencement Date, except that if the Commencement Date is not the first day of a calendar month, then the first Lease Year shall be the period from the Commencement Date through the final day of the twelve months after the first day of the following month, and each subsequent Lease Year shall be the twelve months following the prior Lease Year.

  • Accounting Year means the financial year commencing from the first day of April of any calendar year and ending on the thirty-first day of March of the next calendar year;

  • Income year means any year or accounting period beginning 1 July of one calendar year and ending 30 June of the following calendar year or any other period that the Trustees by resolution adopt;

  • Consolidated Rent Expense means, for any period, the total rent expense with respect to real and personal property of the Borrower for such period, as determined on a Consolidated basis and as reported in its financial statements.

  • Annual Operating Expenses for the Class means and will consist only of the following operating expenses of the Series for the Class that are, under generally accepted accounting principles, accruable and deductible from the Series’ assets with respect to the Class for the period involved: (i) investment advisory fees, if any; (ii) Rule 12b-1 distribution fees, if any; and (iii) custodian fees, shareholder servicing fees, administrative and office facilities expenses, professional fees, trustees’ fees and any other operating expenses of the Series with respect to the Class that are recorded or includable in the Series’ statement of operations in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Notwithstanding the provisions of the immediately preceding sentence, the Series’ “Annual Operating Expenses” for the Class do not include “acquired fund expenses”, interest and dividends on securities sold short, amortization of organization expenses, taxes, brokerage commissions, litigation and indemnification expenses or any costs or expenses of or for the Series with respect to the Class that are “extraordinary” as determined under generally accepted accounting principles (see Accounting Principles Board Opinion No. 30).   • Federal Fiscal Year means the period beginning October 1 and ending September 30 each year, which is the annual accounting period for the United States government.

  • Fiscal Quarters means the period from January 1 to March 31, April 1 to June 30, July 1 to September 30 and October 1 to December 31 of the applicable year.
