Lease Particulars definition

Lease Particulars means the descriptions and terms in the section headed Lease Particulars which form part of this lease insofar as they are not inconsistent with the other provisions of this lease;
Lease Particulars means the descriptions and terms in the section headed Lease Particulars which form part of this lease insofar as they are not inconsistent with the other provisions of this lease; Lettable Units means any part of the Building which is let or constructed or adapted for letting from time to time; Permitted Use means use within Class B1 of the 1987 Order;
Lease Particulars means the schedule of Items specified on the page at the front of this Lease. Lettable Area(s) means the lettable area of the Land assessed for Rates and Taxes as determined by a surveyor engaged by the Council.

Lease Particulars means the lease particulars appearing at the front of this Lease.

  • Sublease Payment means any payment required to be made by the District pursuant to Section 7 of the Sublease.

"Construction contractor" includes subcontractors, specialty contractors, prime contractors, and any person receiving consideration for the general supervision and/or coordination of such a construction project except for remediation contracting. This definition shall govern without regard to whether or not the construction contractor is acting in fulfillment of a contract.

  • Rent Schedule means a written schedule for the Mortgaged Property showing the name of each tenant, and for each tenant, the space occupied, the lease expiration date, the rent payable for the current month, the date through which rent has been paid, and any related information requested by Lender.
