Leased Tangible Personal Property definition

Leased Tangible Personal Property means all machinery, equipment, tools, dies, molds, parts, supplies, furniture, furnishings, fixtures, personalty, vehicles, rolling stock and other tangible personal property leased by the Company or any Subsidiary, as lessee.
Leased Tangible Personal Property means the Tangible Personal Property which is leased by a third party to the Company or its Subsidiaries.
Leased Tangible Personal Property has the meaning set forth in Section 5.9.2.
