Legacy Shares definition

Legacy Shares means the shares of Common Stock originally acquired by (i) Voyager Stockholders pursuant to the Merger Agreement, and (ii) Grandfathered Holder 1 and Grandfathered Holder 2 pursuant to the Stock Subscription and Purchase Agreement.
