Legal Authorities definition

Legal Authorities means, generally, those federal and Ohio statutes and administrative rules and regulations that govern the electric utility industry in Ohio.
Legal Authorities means (a) for so long as Tenant remains a publicly traded company, FINRA and PCAOB and (b) the United States of America, the State of New York, the State of New Jersey, the City of New York, and the Port Authority and any political subdivision, agency, department, commission, board, bureau or instrumentality thereof and any of any of the foregoing, now existing or hereafter created, having jurisdiction over Tenant, Landlord, the Premises, the Building and/or the Land or any portion thereof or the curbs, sidewalks, and areas adjacent thereto, other than the Port Authority in its capacity as an occupant of the Building, the lessor under the Net Lease, or a member of the limited liability company constituting Landlord hereunder (as contrasted with its governmental capacity).
Legal Authorities means all Federal, "State" (as such term is hereinafter defined) City, town, county, borough and village governments and all departments, subdivisions, bureaus, agencies or offices thereof, and of any other governmental, public or quasi-public authorities having jurisdiction over the Building, the Premises and/or the Real Property.
