legal entity” or “legal person means an entity with legal personality other than a natural person;

Legal Entity means the union of the acting entity and all other entities that control, are controlled by, or are under common control with that entity. For the purposes of this definition, "control" means (i) the power, direct or indirect, to cause the direction or management of such entity, whether by contract or otherwise, or (ii) ownership of fifty percent (50%) or more of the outstanding shares, or (iii) beneficial ownership of such entity.

Governmental Person means, whether domestic or foreign, any national, federal, state or local government, any political subdivision thereof, or any governmental, quasi-governmental, judicial, public or statutory instrumentality, authority, body or entity, including any central bank and any comparable authority.
Aboriginal person means a person who is a descendant of Aboriginal people of Australia, and “Aboriginal child” has a corresponding meaning;
legal personal representative means the personal or other legal representative of the shareholder;

Juristic Person means a partnership, association, trust, body corporate, company, close corporation or other legal or juristic person;
Company Control Person means each director, executive officer, promoter, and such other Persons as may be deemed in control of the Company pursuant to Rule 405 under the 1933 Act or Section 20 of the 1934 Act (as defined below).
Tribal Entity means a federally-recognized tribal entity performing tribal governmental functions and eligible for funding and services from the U.S. Department of Interior by virtue of its status as an Indian tribe.
Mental or Nervous Disorder means any disease or condition, regardless of whether the cause is organic, that is classified as a Mental or Nervous Disorder in the current edition of International Classification of Diseases, published by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, is listed in the current edition of Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, published by the American Psychiatric Association or other relevant State guideline or applicable sources.
young person means a person who falls within the definition of qualifying young person in section 142 of the SSCBA.
Person means an individual or corporation, partnership, trust, incorporated or unincorporated association, joint venture, limited liability company, joint stock company, government (or an agency or subdivision thereof) or other entity of any kind.
Related Body Corporate has the meaning given in the Corporations Act.
Special Entity means any joint venture, limited liability company or partnership, general or limited partnership or any other type of partnership or company other than a corporation in which the Borrower or one or more of its other Subsidiaries is a member, owner, partner or joint venturer and owns, directly or indirectly, at least a majority of the equity of such entity or controls such entity, but excluding any tax partnerships that are not classified as partnerships under state law. For purposes of this definition, any Person which owns directly or indirectly an equity investment in another Person which allows the first Person to manage or elect managers who manage the normal activities of such second Person will be deemed to "control" such second Person (e.g. a sole general partner controls a limited partnership).
Controlling Interest means: (1) an ownership interest or participating interest in a business entity by virtue of units, percentage, shares, stock, or otherwise that exceeds 10 percent; (2) membership on the board of directors or other governing body of a business entity of which the board or other governing body is composed of not more than 10 members; or (3) service as an officer of a business entity that has four or fewer officers, or service as one of the four officers most highly compensated by a business entity that has more than four officers. Subsection (3) of this section does not apply to an officer of a publicly held business entity or its wholly owned subsidiaries.
Religious organization means a church, ecclesiastical corporation, or group, not organized for pecuniary profit, that gathers for mutual support and edification in piety or worship of a supreme deity.
Missing Person means a Covered Person who disappeared for an unknown reason and whose disappearance was reported to the Appropriate Authority(ies).
