Federally Qualified Health Center means a non-administrative medical facility with a fixed permanent location that is identified on the following search engines and offers health services on a sliding scale payment system: http://findahealthcenter.hrsa.gov or http://www.ihs.gov/ or http://www.aachc.org/.
Institutional Holder means any insurance company, bank, savings and loan association, trust company, investment company, charitable foundation, employee benefit plan (as defined in ERISA) or other institutional investor or financial institution.
Wholly Owned Subsidiary means any Subsidiary of a Person in respect of which all of the Equity Interests (other than, in the case of a corporation, directors’ qualifying shares) are at the time directly or indirectly owned or controlled by such Person or one or more other Subsidiaries of such Person or by such Person and one or more other Subsidiaries of such Person.
Non-Wholly Owned Subsidiary means, as to any Person, each Subsidiary of such Person which is not a Wholly-Owned Subsidiary of such Person.

Family farm corporation means a corporation founded for the purpose of farming agricultural land in which the majority of the voting stock is held by and the majority of the stockholders are persons or the spouse of persons related to each other within the fourth degree of kinship, according to the rules of the civil law, and at least one of the related persons is residing on or actively operating the farm, and none of whose stockholders are a corporation. Representative of the news media means any person actively gathering news for an entity that is organized and operated to publish or broadcast news to the general public.

Next Michigan development corporation means that term as defined in section 3 of the next Michigan development act, 2010 PA 275, MCL 125.2953.
