Legislative Leadership Committee means a committee established, authorized to be established, or designated by the President of the Senate, the Minority Leader of the Senate, the Speaker of the General Assembly, or the Minority Leader of the General Assembly pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-10.1 for the purpose of receiving contributions and making expenditures.
Regulatory Oversight Committee means the committee of the Board constituted in accordance with Rule 204.
Oversight Committee means the committee established to monitor the overall implementation of this Administrative Agreement as outlined in section 7 (Oversight Committee) of this Administrative Agreement.
Sanctions Committee means the Committee of the United Nations Security Council which was established pursuant to paragraph 18 of United Nations Security Council Resolution ("UNSCR") 1737 (2006);
Political action committee or “PAC” means an organization whose purpose is to solicit and make Political Contributions.
District Evaluation Advisory Committee means a group created to oversee and guide the planning and implementation of the Board of Education's evaluation policies and procedures as set forth in N.J.A.C. 6A:10-2.3.
Supervisory Committee means an oversight committee elected at a general meeting;
Advisory Committee means the Employer's Advisory Committee as from time to time constituted.
ordinary member of the committee means a member of the committee who is not an officer of the Association under Rule 21;
OH&S Committee is referred to hereafter, read “body nominated to implement policy on site”.
Audit Committee or Committee means Committee of Board of Directors of the Company constituted under provisions of Listing agreement and Companies Act, 2013.
Managing Committee means the managing committee entrusted with the management of a trade union;
Party committee means any committee organized by or authorized by the

CSR Committee means the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Board referred to in section 135 of the Act.
Grievance Committee means the Grievance Committee of the Bar.
P&T committee means a committee of the hospital composed of physicians, pharmacists, and other health professionals that evaluates the clinical use of drugs within the hospital, develops policies for managing drug use and administration in the hospital, and manages the hospital drug formulary system. “Physician” means a person who is currently licensed in Iowa to practice medicine and surgery, osteopathic medicine and surgery, or osteopathy. A physician who executes a written protocol with an authorized pharmacist shall supervise the pharmacist’s activities involved in the overall management of patients receiving medications or disease management services under the protocol. Legislative Assembly means Legislative Assembly of Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir;
Management Committee means in the case of a Competition which is an unincorporated association, the management committee elected to manage the running of the Competition and where the Competition is incorporated it means the Board of Directors appointed in accordance with the articles of association of that company.
Appeal Committee means the appeal committee established by the Council in terms of section 12(3)(a);
Investigation Committee means the Investigation Committee appointed by the Board under Regulation 5 of these Regulations;
standards committee (“pwyllgor safonau”) means the standards committee of the county or county borough council which has functions in relation to the community council for which it is responsible under section 56(1) and (2) of the Local Government Act 2000.
Legislative body means the municipal council.
Hearing Committee means the committee appointed pursuant to this Plan to hear a request for an evidentiary hearing that has been properly filed and pursued by a practitioner.
