Lender System definition

Lender System means, collectively, the Lender Software, the Lender Computer, and all operating or system software installed on the Lender Computer.

  • It shall use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the DealerTrack Site free from code that could trigger a modification, shut down or disablement of the Lender System.

  • Lender shall be responsible for maintaining the Lender System and shall exercise commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the Lender System is operational so that the Lender System is capable of receiving Data from, and transmitting Data to, the DealerTrack Computer.

  • Proof may be defined as having a National Mortgage Lender System (NMLS) membership number, a National Credit Union Association (NCUA) membership number, a valid lender’s license from the Massachusetts Division of Banks or any other state/jurisdiction, or any other proof deemed acceptable by the RMV.
