Examples of Lenders’ Expenses in a sentence
If Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries fail to obtain the insurance called for by Section 6.5 or fails to pay any premium thereon or fails to pay any other amount which Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries is obligated to pay under this Agreement or any other Loan Document, Collateral Agent may obtain such insurance or make such payment, and all amounts so paid by Collateral Agent are Lenders’ Expenses and immediately due and payable, bearing interest at the Default Rate, and secured by the Collateral.
All Lenders’ Expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses for documentation and negotiation of this Agreement) incurred through and after the Effective Date, when due.
Fees and expenses which are required to be paid by Borrower pursuant to the Loan Documents (including, without limitation, Lenders’ Expenses) but are not paid when due shall bear interest until paid at a rate equal to the highest rate applicable to the Obligations.

This Amendment shall be deemed effective upon the due execution and delivery to Collateral Agent and Lenders of (i) this Amendment by each party hereto and (ii) Borrower’s payment of all Lenders’ Expenses incurred through the date of this Amendment.
