Examples of Cash Expenses in a sentence
For purposes of this Section, Cash Expenses shall include fees paid by the Partnership to the General Partner or any Affiliate of the General Partner permitted by this Agreement and the actual cost of goods, materials and administrative services used for or by the Partnership, whether incurred by the General Partner, an Affiliate of the General Partner or a nonaffiliated Person in performing the foregoing functions.
Each such Budget shall contain all the anticipated Cash Expenses of the Partnership.
