Lessor Guaranty definition

Lessor Guaranty means a guaranty agreement in the form attached as Appendix I.

  • Lease Guaranty A guaranty of certain obligations of Tenant under this Lease executed and delivered by each Guarantor substantially in the form of Exhibit G annexed hereto.

  • Guaranty means, with respect to any Person, any obligation (except the endorsement in the ordinary course of business of negotiable instruments for deposit or collection) of such Person guaranteeing or in effect guaranteeing any indebtedness, dividend or other obligation of any other Person in any manner, whether directly or indirectly, including (without limitation) obligations incurred through an agreement, contingent or otherwise, by such Person:

  • Financing Lease any lease of property, real or personal, the obligations of the lessee in respect of which are required in accordance with GAAP to be capitalized on a balance sheet of the lessee.

  • Ground Lease means a lease creating a leasehold estate in real property where the fee owner as the ground lessor conveys for a term or terms of years its entire interest in the land and buildings and other improvements, if any, comprising the premises demised under such lease to the ground lessee (who may, in certain circumstances, own the building and improvements on the land), subject to the reversionary interest of the ground lessor as fee owner.   • Guaranty Agreement means an agreement executed by the Guarantors in substantially the form of Exhibit F unconditionally guarantying, on a joint and several basis, payment of the Indebtedness, as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.

  • Sub-Lease means the sub-lease entered into following the approval of an Approved Sub-lease;

  • Master Lease means any master lease now or hereafter entered into, in which the Healthcare Facility is aggregated with other HUD-insured healthcare facilities and leased to a Master Tenant and any amendments or joinders thereto.

  • Subsidiary Guaranty means, collectively, the Subsidiary Guaranty made by the Subsidiary Guarantors in favor of the Collateral Agent on behalf of the Secured Parties, substantially in the form of Exhibit F-2, together with each other Guaranty and Guaranty supplement delivered pursuant to Section 6.12.

  • Operating Lease of a Person means any lease of Property (other than a Capitalized Lease) by such Person as lessee which has an original term (including any required renewals and any renewals effective at the option of the lessor) of one year or more.

  • Holdings Guaranty means the Holdings Guaranty made by Holdings in favor of the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Secured Parties, substantially in the form of Exhibit F-1.
