Letter of Credit Facility Expiration Date definition

Letter of Credit Facility Expiration Date means, for Letters of Credit under the Revolving Credit Facility, the day that is five (5) Business Days prior to the scheduled Maturity Date then in effect for the Revolving Credit Facility (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next preceding Business Day).
Letter of Credit Facility Expiration Date means the day that is three (3) Business Days prior to the latest scheduled Maturity Date then in effect for any Revolving Credit Commitments (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next preceding Business Day).
Letter of Credit Facility Expiration Date means the day that is five Business Days prior to the Revolving Commitment Maturity Date (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day).

Letter of Credit Facility Expiration Date means, for Letters of Credit under the Revolving Credit Facility, the day that is five (5) Business Days prior to the scheduled Maturity Date then in effect for the Revolving Credit Facility (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next preceding Business Day). “Letter of Credit Sublimit” means an amount equal to the lesser of (a) $100,000,000 and (b) the Aggregate Revolving Credit Commitments.
