Level A release definition

Level A release means a release of a hazardous sub- stance that necessitates the highest level of protective equipment for the skin and respiratory systems of emergency response per- sonnel because of any of the following conditions:

  • Release Deadline means the deadline prescribed by Employer for the execution of the general release described in this paragraph (d)(2) of Section 7, which deadline shall in no event be later than 60 days following the date Executive’s employment terminates;
