Level B Status means, on any date, the circumstance that Level A Status does not exist and the Consolidated Total Debt to Adjusted EBITDA Ratio is less than 3.50 to 1.00 as of such date.

  • B-BBEE status level of contributor” means the B-BBEE status of an entity in terms of a code of good practice on black economic empowerment, issued in terms of section 9(1) of the Broad- Based Black Economic Empowerment Act;
