Level of Care Assessment definition

Level of Care Assessment means a comprehensive set of guidelines for placement, continued stay, and transfer/discharge of Clients with addiction and co-occurring conditions developed by HCA based on ASAM criteria.
Level of Care Assessment. (LOC) means a functional assessment used to determine if an individual requires the level of care normally provided in a nursing facility.
Level of Care Assessment means a concise initial assessment to determine which level of care would best serve an individual’s needs.
