Levy Cap definition

Levy Cap means, for any Distribution, an amount equal to 2.5% of the Total Revenue to a Dealer Member for its participation in that Distribution;
Levy Cap means the limitation placed on increases in a municipality’s tax levy cap by P.L. 2010, c. 44 (N.J.S.A. 40A:4-45.44 et seq.).
Levy Cap means, for any distribution in Canada underwritten by a Dealer Member, an amount equal to 5% of the total compensation to that Dealer Member for its participation in that distribution;

  • Minimum Tranche Amount has the meaning specified in Section 2.15(b).

  • maximum council tax reduction amount means the amount determined in accordance with paragraph 29;

  • Stated Threshold means total losses under the shared loss agreements in the amount of $4 Billion ($4,000,000,000.00).

  • Minimum Equity Amount shall have the meaning provided in the recitals to this Agreement.

  • Adjusted Capital means cumulative gross proceeds generated by the Corporation from sales of shares of Common Stock (including proceeds from the Corporation’s distribution reinvestment plan) reduced for amounts paid for share repurchases pursuant to the Corporation’s share repurchase program. The calculation of the Subordinated Incentive Fee on Income for each quarter is as follows:

  • Professional Fee Reserve Amount means the total amount of Professional Fee Claims estimated in accordance with Article II.A.2(c) of the Plan.

  • Net Working Capital Adjustment Amount means an amount, which may be a positive or negative number, equal to the Net Working Capital as of the Effective Time minus the Net Working Capital Threshold.

  • Minimum Cash Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(iv).

  • Total Available Funds shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.7(a).
