The term ‘child’ means any person who has not attained the age of 16 years.(10) Lewd act.
Crime under the Article 141 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, in particular, Lewd act committed without violence and knowingly by the offender with a person who has not attained the age of 16 years.
POPI Act means the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 as may be amended from time to time;

IT Act means Income Tax Act, 1961 and rules and regulations made there under and shall include any statutory modification, amendment or re-enactment thereof for the time being in force;
EP Act means the Environmental Protection Xxx 0000;
the 1999 Act means the Greater London Authority Act 1999;
CER Act means the Canadian Energy Regulator Act (Canada), and regulations thereunder, all as amended or replaced from time to time.
HITECH Act means the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act, TitleXIII, Subtitle D, Part 1 & 2 of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
the 2002 Act means the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002;
Liquor Act means the Liquor Act 2007 and any regulation made under the Liquor Act 2007. Any reference to a provision of the Liquor Act includes a reference to the same or similar provision in any legislation replacing, amending or modifying the Liquor Act however that provision may be amended in that legislation.
Privacy Act means the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
