Accrued interest, if any, on any LIBOR Note shall be calculated based upon a 360-day year and the actual number of days in each Accrual Period.
If the Interest Rate Basis is LIBOR, this Note shall be deemed to be a “LIBOR Note.” A LIBOR Note will bear interest for each Interest Period at the interest rate calculated with reference to LIBOR and the Spread or Spread Multiplier, if any.

LIBOR Notes will bear interest at the interest rates (calculated with reference to LIBOR and the Spread and/or Spread Multiplier, if any, subject to the Maximum Rate or the Minimum Rate, if any), and will be payable on the dates, specified on the face of the LIBOR Note and in the applicable Pricing Supplement.
