LIBOR Reference Source. The display for London inter-bank offered rates appearing on the Bloomberg, as the British Bankers Association London inter-bank offered rates for deposits in U.S. Dollars.
LIBOR Reference Source. The display for the London Interbank Offered Rate for the applicable Interest Period provided on Xxxxxx’x Monitor Money Rates Service; or, at the option of Administrative Agent, the display for LIBOR rates on such other service selected from time to time by Administrative Agent and reasonably determined by Administrative Agent to be comparable to Xxxxxx’x Monitor Money Rates Service.
LIBOR Reference Source means the display for the LIBOR quote provided by the ICE Benchmark Administration Limited, a United Kingdom company, Bloomberg, Reuters or the Wall Street Journal (as chosen by Lender, at Lender’s sole and absolute discretion) or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by Lender from time to time.

LIBOR Reference Source means the rates per annum equal to the rates appearing on Bloomberg Professional (or, if not available, any other nationally recognized trading screen reporting the British Bankers' Association LIBOR rates) as the British Bankers' Association LIBOR Rates for deposits in U.S. Dollars. In the event that such rates do not appear on Bloomberg Professional, the "LIBOR Reference Source" for purposes of this definition shall be determined by reference to such other comparable publicly available service for displaying London inter-bank offered rates as may be selected by the Bank.
LIBOR Reference Source means the display for London inter-bank offered rates appearing on the Bloomberg, as the British Bankers Association London inter-bank offered rates for deposits in U.S. Dollars; or, at the option of Agent, the display for London inter-bank offered rates for deposits of U.S. Dollars on such other comparable publicly available service for displaying London inter-bank offered rates as may be selected from time to time by Agent and determined by Agent to be comparable to the Bloomberg.
LIBOR Reference Source means the display for eurodollar rates provided on The Bloomberg (a data service), viewed by accessing the global deposits segment of money market rates; or, at the option of Agent, the display for eurodollar rates on such other service selected from time to time by Agent and determined by Agent to be comparable to The Bloomberg, which other service may include Reuters Monitor Money Rates Service.
LIBOR Reference Source. The display for LIBOR rates appearing on Telerate Page 3750 (or any successor page) as the London interbank offered rate for deposits in U.S. Dollars at approximately 11:00 a.m. (London Time), for a term comparable to such Interest Period.

  • LIBOR Reuters is specified on the face hereof, the display on the Reuter Monitor Money Rates Service (or any successor service) on the page specified on the face hereof (or any other page as may replace that page on that service) for the purpose of displaying the London interbank rates of major banks for the LIBOR Currency; or (2) if “LIBOR Moneyline Telerate” is specified on the face hereof or neither “LIBOR Reuters” nor “LIBOR Moneyline Telerate” is specified on the face hereof as the method for calculating LIBOR, the display on Moneyline Telerate (or any successor service) on the page specified on the face hereof (or any other page as may replace such page on such service) for the purpose of displaying the London interbank rates of major banks for the LIBOR Currency.

  • Term SOFR Reference Rate means the forward-looking term rate based on SOFR.

  • Reset Reference Bank Rate means, in relation to a Reset Period and the Reset Determination Date in relation to such Reset Period, the percentage rate determined on the basis of the 5-year Mid-Swap Rate Quotations provided by the Reset Reference Banks to the Agent Bank at approximately 12:00 p.m. (London time) on such Reset Determination Date. If at least three quotations are provided, the Reset Reference Bank Rate will be the arithmetic mean of the quotations provided, eliminating the highest quotation (or, in the event of equality, one of the highest) and the lowest quotation (or, in the event of equality, one of the lowest). If only two quotations are provided, the Reset Reference Bank Rate will be the arithmetic mean of the quotations provided. If only one quotation is provided, the Reset Reference Bank Rate will be the quotation provided. If no quotations are provided, the Reset Reference Bank Rate for the relevant Reset Period will be (i) in the case of each Reset Period other than the Reset Period commencing on the First Reset Date, the 5-year Mid-Swap Rate in respect of the immediately preceding Reset Period or (ii) in the case of the Reset Period commencing on the First Reset Date, an amount equal to the Initial Interest Rate less the Margin;

  • LIBOR Telerate is specified on the face hereof or neither “LIBOR Reuters” nor “LIBOR Telerate” is specified on the face hereof as the method for calculating LIBOR, the display on Telerate (or any successor service) on the page specified on the face hereof (or any other page as may replace such page on such service) for the purpose of displaying the London interbank rates of major banks for the LIBOR Currency.

  • €STR Reference Rate means, in respect of any TARGET Business Day, a reference rate equal to the daily Euro Short-Term Rate ("€STR") for such TARGET Business Day as provided by the European Central Bank, as administrator of such rate (or any successor administrator of such rate), on the website of the European Central Bank initially at http://www.ecb.europa.eu, or any successor website officially designated by the European Central Bank (the "ECB's Website") (in each case, at the time specified by, or determined in accordance with, the applicable methodology, policies or guidelines on the TARGET Business Day immediately following such TARGET Business Day).

  • USD-LIBOR-BBA As defined in the Swap Agreement in the Annex to the 2000 ISDA Definitions.

  • Alternative Reference Rate means the rate that the Independent Adviser or the Issuer (as applicable) determines has replaced the relevant Reference Rate in customary market usage in the international debt capital markets for the purposes of determining rates of interest in respect of bonds denominated in the Specified Currency and of a comparable duration to the relevant Interest Period, or, if the Independent Adviser or the Issuer (as applicable) determines that there is no such rate, such other rate as the Independent Adviser or the Issuer (as applicable) determines in its discretion (acting in good faith) is most comparable to the relevant Reference Rate;

  • Compounded Daily Reference Rate means, with respect to an Interest Period, the rate of return of a daily compound interest investment in the Specified Currency (with the applicable Reference Rate (as indicated in the applicable Final Terms and further provided for below) as the reference rate for the calculation of interest) and will be calculated by the Principal Paying Agent on the relevant Interest Determination Date, as follows, and the resulting percentage will be rounded, if necessary, to the Relevant Decimal Place:

  • LIBOR Index Rate means, for any Interest Period, the rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next higher one hundred-thousandth of a percentage point) for deposits in U.S. Dollars for a period equal to such Interest Period, which appears on the LIBOR01 Page as of 11:00 a.m. (London, England time) on the day two (2) Business Days before the commencement of such Interest Period.

  • LIBOR Daily Floating Rate means, for any day, a fluctuating rate of interest per annum equal to LIBOR as published on the applicable Bloomberg screen page (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by Administrative Agent from time to time), at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two (2) London Banking Days prior to such day, for Dollar deposits with a term of one (1) month commencing that day; provided that if the LIBOR Daily Floating Rate shall be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed zero for purposes of the Loan Documents.

  • Adjusted LIBOR Rate means, at any time with respect to any LIBOR Loan, a rate per annum equal to the LIBOR Rate as in effect at such time plus the Applicable Margin Percentage for LIBOR Loans as in effect at such time.

  • Euro-Dollar Reference Banks means the principal London offices of Xxxxxx Guaranty Trust Company of New York, Bank of America, N.A., The Bank of New York, The Bank of Nova Scotia and Citicorp USA, Inc.

  • SONIA Reference Rate means, in respect of any London Banking Day, a reference rate equal to the daily Sterling Overnight Index Average ("SONIA") rate for such London Banking Day as provided by the administrator of SONIA to authorised distributors and as then published on the Relevant Screen Page (or if the Relevant Screen Page is unavailable, as otherwise is published by such authorised distributors) on the London Banking Day immediately following such London Banking Day; and

  • Successor Reference Rate means the rate that the relevant Independent Adviser determines is a successor to or replacement of the Reference Rate which is formally recommended by any Relevant Nominating Body.

  • Reset Reference Rate means, in relation to a Reset Determination Date and subject to Condition 5(b)(iii) and Condition 5(c)(v), if applicable:

  • Reset Reference Banks means the principal office in the principal financial centre of the Specified Currency of five major banks in the swap, money, securities or other market most closely connected with the relevant Mid-Swap Rate as selected by the Calculation Agent in its discretion after consultation with the Issuer;

  • CMS Reference Banks means (i) where the Reference Currency is Euro, the principal office of five leading swap dealers in the inter-bank market, (ii) where the Reference Currency is Sterling, the principal London office of five leading swap dealers in the London inter-bank market, (iii) where the Reference Currency is United States dollars, the principal New York City office of five leading swap dealers in the New York City inter-bank market, or (iv) in the case of any other Reference Currency, the principal Relevant Financial Centre office of five leading swap dealers in the Relevant Financial Centre inter-bank market, in each case selected by the Calculation Agent.

  • LIBOR Rate means a rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next higher 1/100th of 1%) determined by the Administrative Agent pursuant to the following formula: LIBOR Rate = LIBOR

  • LIBOR Applicable Margin means, as of any date with respect to any LIBOR Interest Period, the Applicable Margin in effect for such LIBOR Interest Period as determined in accordance with Section 2.4 hereof.

  • EURIBOR Rate has the meaning specified in the definition of “Eurocurrency Rate”.

  • LIBOR Index means the British Bankers Association's (BBA) one (1) month LIBOR Rate for United States Dollar deposits, as displayed on the LIBOR Index Page used to establish the LIBOR Index Rate.

  • Reference Bank Rate means the arithmetic mean of the rates (rounded upwards to four decimal places) supplied to the Administrative Agent at its request by the Reference Banks (as the case may be) as of the applicable time on the Quotation Day for Loans in the applicable currency and the applicable Interest Period as the rate at which the relevant Reference Bank could borrow funds in the London (or other applicable) interbank market in the relevant currency and for the relevant period, were it to do so by asking for and then accepting interbank offers in reasonable market size in that currency and for that period.

  • USD LIBOR means the London interbank offered rate for U.S. dollars.

  • Original Reference Rate means the originally-specified benchmark or screen rate (as applicable) used to determine the Rate of Interest (or any component part thereof) on the Notes.
