License document definition

License document means an authorization, certificate, or permit issued by the department or a license agent that lists and confers one or more license privileges.
License document means this document comprising Parts I, Part II and Schedules 1 to 3.

Related to License document

For the avoidance of doubt, Licensed Know-How excludes any Know-How related to ritonavir that has been (either as of the Effective Date or at any time during the term of this Agreement) in-licensed by Pfizer from any Third Party.

  • Third Party Licenses means licenses from third parties governing third party software embedded or used in the trading platform.
