Licensed Language definition

Licensed Language for an Included Program shall mean its original language or, if its original language is not English, the original language dubbed or subtitled in English.
Licensed Language for each Program means its original language version, or, if its original language version is not English, the original language version dubbed or subtitled in English.
Licensed Language means for each Included Program distributed in the applicable Territory, the language(s) set forth in the applicable Exhibit.

  • Licensor shall not be subject to any holdback at any time with respect to the exploitation of any Included Program in any language, medium or delivery means; provided Licensor agrees not to authorize the exhibition of any Current Film for Free Television or Subscription Pay Television in the Licensed Language in the Territory during such Current Film’s License Period.


More Definitions of Licensed Language

Licensed Language means for each Included Program (x) its original language if the original language is English and, if the original language is not English, the original language dubbed or subtitled in English., [and (y) Spanish to the extent available and provided hereunder by Licensor][DRAFT NOTE: Sony checking.].
