Examples of Licensed Product Activities in a sentence

  • Axxxx Nortye shall provide Novartis with a written summary report on or before [***], summarizing Axxxx Nortye’s and/or Adlai Nortye’s Third Party collaborators’ and sublicensees’: (i) Licensed Product Activities for the Compound and/or the Licensed Product(s) in the Field in the Territory performed in the previous [***] period; and (ii) anticipated plans for the Licensed Product Activities for the Compound and/or the Licensed Product(s) in the Field in the Territory for the subsequent [***] period.

  • Collaboration Product means any pharmaceutical product in finished form that contains a Collaboration Compound, either as the sole active ingredient or in combination with one or more other active ingredients, and all present and future formulations, dosages and dosage forms thereof.
