In the event of damage to the Licensed Restaurant covered by insurance, the proceeds of any such insurance shall be used to restore the Licensed Restaurant to its original condition as soon as possible, unless such restoration is prohibited by the Location Lease or Franchisor has otherwise consented to in writing.
