Licensed Social Media Handles means social media tags, handles, identifiers, names, labels and accounts for each of the foregoing that incorporate any of the Licensed Marks, or any abbreviations thereof set forth on Exhibit F.

  • In case of termination of this Agreement, Licensee shall take the necessary steps to cease use of all Licensed Domain Names, Licensed Social Media Handles and Trade Names as soon as reasonably practicable and in no event later than six (6) months after the effective date of such termination.
