Licenses Out definition

Licenses Out means licenses, sublicenses or other agreements under which the Company has granted rights to others in Intellectual Property Assets.
Licenses Out shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.8(a).
Licenses Out shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.10.3.

Licenses Out means the license agreements set forth in Section 1.01(d) of the Company Disclosure Letter.
