Section 6.10.3. 34 Bus Attendants shall be compensated for any and all time they are required to be on duty on a bus 35 and any time when they are unable to be relieved from duty and returned to the bus garage. Section 6.10.3. 2 All normal shift hours worked on the sixth (6th) consecutive day shall be compensated at the 3 rate of one and one-half (1½) times the employee's regular pay except with a prior agreement 4 between employee and the immediate supervisor to trade normal hours for sixth (6th) or 5 seventh (7th) day hours. All hours worked on the seventh (7th) consecutive day shall be 6 compensated at a rate twice the employee's regular pay.

  • Section 6.2 13 The Association representatives may represent the Association and employees in meeting with officials 14 of the District to discuss appropriate matters of mutual interest. They may receive and investigate to 15 conclusion complaints or grievances of employees on District time and thereafter advise employees of 16 rights and procedures outlined in this Agreement and applicable regulations or directives for resolving 17 the grievances or complaints. They may not, however, continue to advise the employee on courses of 18 action after the employee has indicated a desire not to pursue a grievance. This does not, however, 19 preclude the Association's right to pursue the matter to conclusion. They may consult with the District 20 on complaints without a grievance being made by an individual employee.

  • Section 6.3 10 Visitation rights shall be granted to the designated representative of the Public School Employees of 11 Washington/SEIU Local 1948 to visit with employees in the appropriate bargaining units for purposes of 12 grievance procedures and/or general information data. The visiting delegate shall notify the School District 13 of his/her arrival. The visitation rights shall not interfere with the employee’s normal work routine.
