Licensing Date definition

Licensing Date means the date which is 2 Business Days after the conditions precedent in clause 5.1 are satisfied;
Licensing Date means the date when a license to operate a Facility as an adult congregate living and/or extended congregate, care facility or an equivalent license is issued for the Facility by the applicable state agency.
Licensing Date is defined in Section 7.3.
