Licensing Option definition

Licensing Option means the service option that grants a Subscriber the right to use a Certificate on one physical device and obtain additional Certificate licenses for each physical server that each device manages, or where replicated Certificates may otherwise reside. This option may not be available to you.
Licensing Option means the NetMotion Cloud Core Licensing Option, NetMotion Cloud Core Plus Licensing Option, NetMotion Cloud Complete Licensing Option, NetMotion Cloud MIQ Licensing Option, NetMotion Core On-premise Licensing Option, NetMotion Core Plus On-premise Licensing Option, or the NetMotion Complete On-premise Licensing Option.

"Registration Authority" ("RA") shall mean an individual and/or entity approved by a CA to perform Authentication, assist Subscribers in applying for Certificates, and to approve or reject Certificate Applications, revoke Certificates, or renew Certificates.

  • Harmony will provide you with use of the purchased Licensing Option, including a browser interface and requisite data transmission, access and storage.

More Definitions of Licensing Option

Licensing Option means the specific licensing option on the enrollment screen that permits a subscriber to use of a Certificate on one physical Device and obtain additional Certificate licenses for each physical server that each Device manages, or where replicated Certificates may otherwise reside. “Medium Assurance Certificates” requires an organization to provide assurances that the Subscriber’s domain is listed with a bona fide domain registrar (unless issued to an Intranet Server) and require entities to provide assurance of the right to request a Certificate for the Subscriber domain.
Licensing Option means the Jamf Data Capping, the Jamf Data Policy, the Jamf Threat Defence, the Jamf ZTNA, the Jamf Now, the Jamf Pro iOS, the Jamf Pro MAC, the Jamf Business Plan, the Jamf Mobile Security Bundle, the Jamf Protect, the Jamf Connect, the Jamf BYOD, the Jamf Traffic Stream, the Jamf Executive Threat Protection.
Licensing Option shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.16.
