Lien Subordination Agreement definition

Lien Subordination Agreement means that certain Lien Subordination Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, by and among the Company, the Restricted Subsidiaries, the Trustee (on behalf of the Noteholders) and the Agent under the Credit Agreement, as amended (including any amendments and restatements thereof), supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Lien Subordination Agreement means that certain Subordination Agreement dated November 22, 2005 by U.S. Bank National Association and, by joinder, the Collateral Agent, the Second Lien Collateral Agent and each person from time to time party thereto.
