Light Duty Status definition

Light Duty Status shall be defined by the Employer’s physician. It is also understood that any compensation from State Disability or Workers' Compensation that is received by an Employee, while receiving compensation from the Employer, shall be reimbursed to the Employer.

  • Level V Status exists at any date if, on such date, the Borrower has not qualified for Level I Status, Level II Status, Level III Status or Level IV Status.
