Limited Deficiency Amount definition

Limited Deficiency Amount means, with respect to each Property, the amount equal to the sum of the Termination Value with respect to such Property on each Payment Date less the Maximum Residual Guarantee Amount as of such date with respect to such Property. ANNEX A - RULES OF USAGE
